Kanon Health’s Concierge Nurse service provides one-to-one nursing care in your home.  This service is provided 24-hours, 7-days a week.  Holidays included.  This service covers everyone living in the household.

Refer to Kanon Health’s ED Bedside Management program for options.  Only concierge nurse members have access to this option 24/7.

Services include:

• 24-hour direct phone line to nurse on duty triage line
• 24-hour nursing support at home or in the emergency department
• 24-hour guidance to which emergency department to utilize for your needs
• Medical notary public
• Monthly medical newsletter

Kanon Health’s College Concierge Nurse provides one-to-one nursing care for your college bound student.  This service is provided 24-hour, 7-days a week for the parents and the student.  If the student requires medical care, Kanon Health will guide them to an appropriate nearby urgent care or emergency department.

If the student requires behavioral health assistance, Kanon Health may be required to call local police and ambulance for assistance.  Refer to Kanon Health’s ED Bedside Management program for options.  Only concierge nurse members have access to this option 24/7.

Services include:

• Safety and security that someone is nearby to care for your student
• 24-hour direct phone line to nurse on duty triage line
• 24-hour nursing support at home or in the emergency department; extra fee associated
• 24-hour wellness check; $40.00 travel fee
• 24-hour behavioral health assistance; referral to appropriate provider/counselor
•  Monthly scheduled events with food and beverages
• Monthly medical newsletter
• Monthly parental support groups via Zoom

Kanon Health’s college dorm cleaning is UTSA’s original cleaning service.  Ranked #1 in cleaning services across San Antonio college dorm communities. We use industry standard, biohazard, and health cleaning tools and techniques to clean each dorm room and common areas.  Kanon Health’s team of experts use scientific based cleaning solutions to ensure the most sanitized surfaces. Our health standards ensure each dorm is livable and free from toxins and germs.

Due to UTSA’s time schedule for student move in/out, Kanon Health has to limit the number of available cleaning time slots. We recommend booking your dorm room as soon as possible. Rooms are cleaned in order of schedule. Reservations begin 45 days prior to move in/out. Priority is given to those participating in the Kanon Health College Concierge program.

Kanon Health has the only companion flight nursing program in the United States.  We offer 1:1 flight companions who are board certified as emergency nurses and flight nurses.  Each nurse has no less than 1,400 flight hours with direct patient care.

The flight nurse originates from San Antonio, Texas.  Our nurse arrives at the city airport and meets the individual in their home.  They travel together from home to airport to arrival city and then to their final destination.
